I supported with recruitment/induction days and providing learner journey updates and reports for clients on an ad-hoc basis. I also worked with internal & external marketing teams to design collateral for client’s intranet systems (digital) and venues (printed) to maximize client and learner engagement. In this role I also created and delivered training packs for new starters as well as delivering Skype on boarding session with remote staff.
