I am currently a student at Hawaii Pacific University majoring in Computer Science and Technology. As part of my education, I have an intermediate understanding of Java, C#, Assembly Language for x86 Processors, HTML/CSS/PHP/JavaScript/jQuery code, and have a familiarity with MySQL / MS Access Database Management Software.As far as experience, I accepted the role at the end of October 2020 as a part time CNCS Web assistant for the Hawaii Pacific University's official website. In this role, I assist with front end website functionality, particularly in terms of CSS and Javascript applications. As of June 2021, I took the role of an IT Specialist at Quantum University, but as of September, I started my awesome career working for the State of hawaii's Emergency Management Agency as an IT Specialist!In my past, I took a position as General Manager for Forty Carrots Café back in October, 2016, and it was my first direct experience with Database systems. It was an inventory management program called Toolbox. I would work directly with the IT department in analyzing and solving front-end issues. I would maintain the complete inventory list and shipping data, and also developed a more efficient database that reflected accurate details of orders, and featured an intuitive way to display all details related to the business. Some of my other responsibilities there included hiring and retention, P&L analysis and sales forecasting in order to keep the costs as low as possible to maximize profits, and dealing directly with vendors as well as customers.
