Manage and lead technicians to meet productivity and quality targets.Coordinate, plan, and execute the order of services.Perform maintenance on vehicles, to include: rotations, balancing, repairing flat tires, and replacing wheels.Install aftermarket wheels and tires that meet vehicle specifications.Ensure all safety procedures are followed in the work area.Provide customer service to assist with questions and concerns while providing quality service and information.Responsible for moving vehicles in and out of service bays.In charge of ensuring shop floor and bay cells are clean and fully stocked with equipment and supplies.
