Wiley´s Common Grounds is a school-run coffee shop that I was a part of. Through running the shop, I learned marketing skills that were used to attract new customers, and get the word out about new products. Operations, kept enough inventory for each day to run smoothly, also getting drinks out to customers efficiently. Worked the POS system, balanced the till, and dealt with finances surrounding daily activities.
