Work with Planning to review all contracts for all facilities projects. Coordinate with IT, terminal planning and layout projects on the facility. Interprets the applicable collective bargaining agreement and practices and adjudicate labor grievances at the pier level. Ensure that staff is adequately educated and trained in OSHA, OHS&E policies and collective bargaining agreements.
