● Hiring, training and managing Sales Agents● Initiate contact with prospective clients to sell DheltGroup products and services.● Manage a multichannel outreach to prospective clients (virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, email, social media, phone, written).● Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients utilising resources and tools.● Negotiate contracts, handle customer objections, close the sale, meet customer expectations, and sign up clients. ● Provide professional customer service in a positive manner to all DheltGroup prospective or current clients.
