Started out as a porter in the service department. This job was general duties around the shop. Mainly, I was in charge of the cleaning and shuttling of our customers. I would also detail and wash cars when needed. As I progressed with the company I was asked to oversee the status of the used cars on the lot. I delegated the services that were preformed on them prior to the company having them put on the lot. I maintained an inventory on these cars and had a group of technicians inspect them. In my last 6 months with the company, I was a customer service rep. This entailed greeting the customers that came into service and scheduling the service that was completed each day. Follow ups were made with these customers while their car was in our department. This included making recommendations on what kind of services were needed.
