Researched, trialed and presented a third-party lockdown software solution for Android Scanners to create a tamper free solution that were implemented and used on the production floor. The project involved identifying potential solutions, pricing, and testing, then evaluating the options in a virtual test environment. The options and a recommended solution were them presented to the IT management team. After the final product was selected, I wrote an implementation process for the product.

Provided general IT support and completion of end user requested troubleshooting requests for an electrical cooperative.
