I assist the OSHC Coordinator deliver a flexible program matched to the ages of all children in attendance.Responsibilities & Duties:-Effectively assist in the operation of the OSHC program-Assist in planning, implementing and evaluating a stimulating and diverse program relevant to the developmental needs of children attending the program-Ensure the OSHC area is a safe and secure environment for children.-Supervise and participate in various indoor and outdoor activities-Help establish and apply appropriate guidelines that encourage positive behaviour-Liaise with OSHC Coordinator and meet on regular occasions-Facilitate interactions between all children who attend the program-Report observations of individuals or groups of children for planning purposes-Attend OSHC training and networks as appropriate-Communicate and liaise with parents-Assist OSHC Educators as a point of escalation Show less
