• To oversee in total over 100 - 130 Vehicles… Tramping, Days and Nights. Including RDC, Store Deliveries, Hanging Meat, Ambient, Chilled and Frozen, All time critical deliveries.• Responsible for the P&L for these depots• Business development with new and existing customers which included costing new opportunities and ensuring that any figures quoted were profitable.• Oversee three depots, Head office and two satellite depots across the south and south west.• Utilisation of fleet at all possible times, improving and engineering new ways of reducing and maximising existing fleet to maximise profitability.• Responsible for most HR matters including carrying out disciplinary hearings. • To manage all Planning, Transport, Warehouse, Training and Customer Services Staff at all sites.• To ensure all drivers are operating legally by monitoring hours, breaks, working time, holidays and licences• Monitor infringements and implement training plans • To plan a service schedule for all vehicles in the fleet in accordance with our commitment to the traffic commissioner• To ensure the vehicle fleet are kept in a clean and presentable condition• To upkeep and deliver key performance indicators as requested by the operations director• Responsible for overseeing all route planning• To ensure all vehicles in the fleet are programmed efficiently whilst ensuring 'empty running’ is kept to a minimum and profits are maximised• To ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled to the best of the department’s ability• Very Strong knowledge of transport rules and regulations.• Provide good and accurate decision making• Good communication skills both written and verbal.• Overall management of the companies O-License including adding new operating centres, adding new licenses, amending current operating centres and general up keep of the o-license.

• Support the selling of E+J services, developing new client opportunities and expanding existing accounts.• Develop a growth strategy focused on growing the ecosystem of users through B2B engagement• Managed a robust sales pipeline and consistently delivered on monthly and quarterly revenue targets.• Increase revenue through new business development of direct clients by effectively managing the sales pipeline, end to end, from prospecting to on boarding of new accounts.• Network with key contacts to build relationships • Identify and engage with employers and stakeholders via cold calling, networking and presentations to promote E+J
