👋 Hey, I'm Nathan, a Neuroscience Consultant working at AWA - using science, research and data-driven approaches to help organisations build a better workplace. AWA gathers a team of experts combining know-how and skills in cognitive performance, change management, workplace productivity and workplace design. 🧠 MSc in Neuroscience & Cognition, BSc in Cognitive Psychology. Interested in applying neuroscience to optimise brain chemistry for peak performance, in all facets of life. The focus of my undergraduate research explored the role of mindfulness meditation in mediating digital and social media addiction. My master's thesis explored the application of neuro-stimulation techniques to facilitate a 'flow-state' experience in the workplace. 📚 Working on a side-project (Luminate) delivering interactive neuroscience workshops to enable individuals and organisations flourish using science-backed strategies, tools and protocols. This includes exploring and delivering science-backed, interactive workshops on areas covering: focus, attention, decision-making, learning, time-management, flow-state and mindfulness.🎬 Passionate photographer, filmmaker and editor.
