United States Marine Corps

•From 1994 – Present, served in multiple roles within the aviation operations community. Working directly with AV-8B, EA-6B, F/A-18, C-130, AH-1W, CH-46, CH-53, UH-1, UAS communities, and the Presidential Helicopter Squadron across multiple locations such as the United States, overseas and maritime locations for aviation operations planning, coordination, scheduling and reporting. •Coordinated aircraft and personal clearances with US Embassies throughout the Western Pacific and South-West Asia.•In-depth understanding of requesting Notice to Airman (NOTAMS), PPR’s and providing updated weather to crew members.•Managed Japanese and Korean airspace scheduling for all Marine Corps units assigned to Iwakuni, Japan. •Primary responsibilities included but were not limited to flight scheduling, flight hour program manager, aircrew performance tracking, aviation and ground safety and operational reporting.•Served as the Anti-Terrorism Force Protection Officer in Afghanistan and the United States. •Supervised and coordinated the employment of nearly 50 million dollars of UAV assets in training and combat.•Developed and implemented computer databases to track aircrew proficiency.•Managed UAS flight hours totaling over 50,000 flight hours for the RQ-7B, ScanEagle and K-Max.•Scheduled/deconflicted 4,500 sorties requiring over 10,000 crew positions to adhere to all company standard operating procedures, along with conducting Operational Risk Assessments for each sortie. •Coordinated and deconflicted all airspace requirements for safe and successful flight operations.•Established a training plan enabling UAS aircrew members to gain proficiency with multiple UAS platforms increasing the overall training readiness.•Strictly adhered to regulations regarding aviation/ground safety and aviation flight regulations.•Established procedures to reduce man hours within the operational mishap reporting.
