Nathan managed the Community Engagement Office for the Diocese of Rockhampton. The Community Engagement Office manages the portfolios of Communications, Events and Fundraising. His office was responsible for contributing to the strategic framework of the Diocese, planning and executing events, fundraising and managing communications, social media, and public relations.
