Short term and respite carer for complex young people with SEND, creating a nurturing home environment and supporting them with a nurture based approach

Supporting highly complex SEND and SEMH learners in a specialist setting. I led and delivered the social communication programme and worked extensively with post-16 with careers and citizenship education to support them onto their next steps of FE, apprenticeships or employment.

Supporting SEMH learners aged 16-25 to acquire life and vocational skills, English and maths qualifications through alternative provision and work experience. Completing welfare check-ins during the COVID pandemic. Editing and admin for EHCPs.
