Managing multiple warehouses as 3PL services and transport solutions for all types of products from solar, automotive, food ingredients and finished goods to furniture. In addition to warehousing we supply innovative custom made packaging that has the potential to replace waxed cartons in the produce industry and some polystyrene solutions.

Responsible for 2 bakeries running 24/7 in Brisbane. One bakery bulk manufacturing and one artisan sourdough and specialist products.

Manage over 100 Grower relationships across Australia and ensure supply excellence into the four One Harvest facilities. A key part of this supply chain was the effective management of the company owned farm in Richmond, Tasmania.

As the Head of Supply Chain I managed a team of 7 procurement managers and their stores teams around Australia. Lite n' Easy is a very fast paced environment and change was my specialty. My role was to ensure Lite n' Easy production and customer deliveries ran smoothly and had all of the right products to specification at the right time. I managed new suppliers, new products into the facilities as well as the other ever-changing 700 SKU's spread across 130 vendors to coordinate our warehouses and distribution channels to customers. I was heavily involved with R&D and Quality Assurance to guarantee all products entering our facilities were food safe. My 2 main achievements at Lite n' Easy were eliminating customer substitutions though cultural change and improving food quality through faster more efficient supply chains direct from farms.

At Snap Fresh I was a very active driver of internal relationships and change for the QW Catering - Snap Fresh relationship. I developed a more up to date and much more detailed forecasting model that allowed all Q Catering sites nationally to have input and have access to this information to improve the group performance. This improved our DIFOT from <70% to greater than 97% in 12 months. My team included a procurement specialist, supply chain coordinator, purchasing officer, production planner, customer service staff and stores. I was responsible for the approved supplier program and all inventory management at Snap Fresh and guaranteed all products were available in a JIT production environment. The supply chain team was excelling and I was moved into a Lean Manufacturing trouble shooter role that was used extensively throughout the Q Catering sites around Australia. During this tenure in this role I was one of the project leads for the ERP implementation across Q Catering sites and a meal recovery project that revealed an 18 million dollar saving.

I implemented a Sales and Operation Planning process in Australia and New Zealand that drastically improved the company performance. I was a change catalyst impacting all departments of the business including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and the executive team. The process won the Maxxium Global Efficiency award and was expanded into other countries.

Lindt chocolate was growing rapidly and was struggling to keep up with customer demands. I managed the supply chain through a S&OP process that solved many supply issues in the imported chocolates. In this role I also managed the repacking of bulk chocolate into retail ready packaging through 7 community sponsored packaging houses in Sydney.
