I'm a software engineer with a passion for building cool stuff that actually makes a difference. Whether it's creating a startup from scratch or hacking away on side projects, I’m all about using tech to solve real problems. My latest startup is called TicketHero, where I built a ticket aggregation platform that’s grown to 3,000 monthly users and processed over $40,000 in sales. We're able to search millions of events and tickets for our users helping them find the best deals for live events. My focus is on bringing transparency to the secondary ticket market and showing people there are different options.At Calian Advanced Technologies, I've worked on a variety of interesting projects. I built a code generation tool that sped up our development by 50%, crafted an Angular dashboard for military exercises that allowed us to replace a third party solution. I’ve also helped transition our monolithic architecture to a microservice model and built an Electron app to launch distributed services. Before that, at SimFront Simulations, I developed a military exercise product that helped secure a large contract extension. I also got to build various Java messaging libraries that met NATO and IEEE standards, and slashed network traffic by 50% with a smart caching strategy.When I’m not coding for work, I’m probably coding for fun. I’ve built a Python crypto trading bot that beat the market by 22% and created a spam comment classifier that snagged first place in a hackathon. I’m always tinkering with new technologies and constantly learning new skills.
