Farm Consultant and fertility advisor with the worlds most innovative plant and soil nutrition company. I worked directly with diverse farms around the world, developing fertility plans to raise profitable, nutrient dense, pest-free crops. Advocated for techniques to regenerate soil health and decrease the use of synthetics and biocides. Consulted on all crop types, with an emphasis on specialty crops and produce. Using empathy, data, research, field experience and the support of my team, I worked with motivated growers to make biological solutions possible and profitable. Spent up to half my time traveling and on-farm. Other key roles included Marketing, Technical Writing, Conference and Webinar Presenter, Audio Engineer and Editor of The Regenerative Agriculture Podcast, Mentoring new consultants.

As kitchen manager, I helped make the Florida Earth-Skills Gathering a well-renowned, fast-growing event with a reputation for delicious, abundant and high-quality food. Responsibilities included all design, construction, use, and dismantling of a large-scale, outdoors, 100% wood-fired kitchen. Coordinated with other site managers throughout the year, designed menu, worked within budget to procure equipment and food to serve several hundred people two meals per day for one week. Managed large team of volunteers to provide safe, healthy, gourmet food in the woods. Sourced from local farms and ethically raised ingredients. Because weather, participants, and donations were so variable, every moment was an opportunity for inventiveness. Ensured a positive, calm, inclusive and inspiring work environment.

Edible landscaping and homestead design/build. I worked with home-owners and community organizations to create sustainable, beautiful, and satisfying outdoor environments. Using permaculture approaches, I designed and installed productive, regenerative plantings, structures, and water management elements for home and neighborhood food production. Significant focus on natural building (cob, strawbale, slipstraw, stonework, timber-framing, greenhouses, etc)
