I thrive on orchestrating the perfect match between exceptional talent and organizational objectives. My approach is multi-faceted: I prioritize not just skillset alignment, but also cultural compatibility, ensuring both candidates and companies find their ideal match.With a diverse background spanning various industries including Retail, DOD/Government Contracting, Luxury Automotive, Telecommunications, Higher Education, and now the Creative/Marketing realm, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Having overseen the entirety of HR/Employee Experience operations—including Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, Organization Structure, Compliance, Legal, Workforce Management, and Succession Planning for over a decade, I've maintained a keen focus on the entire recruiting lifecycle, an area that brings me the most joy and statisfaction.What sets me apart is my commitment to ethical recruitment practices. I believe in providing candidates with a holistic experience, which means never leaving them in the dark or ghosting them when they're not selected. Transparency and honesty are paramount, ensuring candidates feel valued regardless of the outcome. The relationship built between a good recruiter and candidate is the first representation of the organization, and one that stays strong throughout an employees career. This relationship has to be genuine, and the candidates needs to understand that you are supporting them, and are an advocate for them finding the right fit - with your company or elsewhere as it may be. Focusing on what drives the candidate, helps determine if your company can push the candidate to succeed. My journey into Human Resources and Employee Experience was a natural evolution from my passion for recruitment. As I guided new employees through the candidate and onboarding process at Stratford University, it became evident that my role could extend beyond recruitment to provide ongoing executive-level support throughout their employment journey. This background has allowed me to provide the wholistic experience to may candidates, which I so enjoy. Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm deeply passionate about supporting charitable causes. In 2019, I experienced the devastating loss of my youngest daughter to DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, which is a rare and aggressive type of brain tumor that primarily affects children). Since then, I've been dedicated to supporting organizations focused on finding cures and providing assistance to families and children facing similar battles.
