Achievements• Dramatically lowered loan turnaround time, from 72 hours to under 24 hours, by implementing standard operation procedures• Lowered the branches with high DSO from 10% of branches down to 6% (this has not been lowered in at least 5 years)• Lowered our overall debt exposure by nearly 20% by tightening our credit standards • Reviewed companies D&B and financial statements for credit approval
