I then assisted in the implementation of another WMS.This role has significantly enhanced my proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Workflow Management Systems and Online Form Creation tools in particular, strengthening my knowledge and application of VBA.The initial role involved designing a short term, cost effective WMS, along with creating various Excel based reporting functions including, the ‘Profit & Loss Report’, ‘Sales Quote Estimator’ and various client performance reports. The WMS was created using Google Forms and various Google ‘Docs’ applications.I designed and implemented, along with the service provider, a permanent WMS subsequent to the firm securing large public sector contract. Once this was implemented and tested I assisted in the implementation of the larger system. This required detailed analysis of a substantial supply contract with particular concern for interpretation of technical communication management and reporting. Working within a small team to achieve the development of the application, along with various other financial and KPI reporting processes within the contract, resulted in the successful adoption of a customised and efficiently functioning mobile application.This gave me the opportunity to analyse and develop the firms core processes.
