Reports directly to the Store Manager and rotates between three roles (Customer Experience, Operations, Sales & Service). Directly manages associates, providing them ongoing training and developing them through positive and constructive feedback, coaching and counseling. Plays a Sales Leader role, motivating and inspiring associates while proactively engaging with customers to exceed their needs and generate revenue by driving a sales culture.- Managed a team of up to 6 associates on a 17000 sq. ft. sales floor- Coordinated annual Teacher Appreciation Breakfast- 125.9% to Services Goal for FY13- Consistently in the Top 3 performers each month in individual services sales (Set individual store record with $3100)- Primary resource for technical questions by team members and customers- Introduced technical tools discovered in prior positions to solve client issues not addressed by company provided break/fix solutions- Planned and executed store planogram/signage changes, delivering them on schedule and with minimal disruption to the customer experience- Assisted other stores with planogram and merchandising issues

Responsible for completing all planogram changes in assigned stores according to company standards, allowing in store associates to focus on serving customers. Aids with other merchandising tasks (price changes, stocking and signage) as directed by the District Captain.

The Customer Sales Specialist II (CSS) is responsible for providing an exceptional in-store customer service experience through proactively engaging with and working to make the customer satisfied in every interaction. Utilizing Office Depot's proven sales principles, the CSS must interact with every customer in their assigned zone, and adjacent zones, as needed, to drive incremental sales opportunities and ensure every customer's shopping needs are met. The CSS II demonstrates thorough knowledge of one or more departments in the store, including Technology, CPD, and Furniture. Additionally, the CSS II will be responsible for assisting with merchandise-related activities such as planograms, stocking, and price changes as directed by the Sales Leader.- Associate of the Month (Aug 2007)- Consistently in the Top 3 performers each month in individual services sales- One of two main resources for technical questions by team members and customers- Located and utilized technical tools to solve client issues not addressed by company provided break/fix solutions

Provides internal and external clients with service and support for various technical (computer, network, copier and printer) issues.
