Oversee all aspects of downstream pipeline movements for 20 terminals. Includes scheduling of hydrocarbon activity, advising on product availability, managing terminal allocations, and collaborating with pipeline and terminal operators to ensure timely delivery of ULSD. Also responsible for monthly demand forecasting, month-end accounting reconciliation, and assisting sales support in maximizing opportunites to grow the Motiva brand.

Supervise a staff of 11 personnel that are directly responsible for the development and distribution of data management tools pre and post disaster for both headquarters and field operations. Solution oriented products include: national resource allocation reports (federal, nonfederal, philanthropic, state), disaster specific GIS references, dashboard creation for project management, and training guides. Work in coordination with the White House Security Council, Health and Human Services, Office of Management and Budget, United States Department of Agriculture, and the Department of Education.

As the Acting Branch Chief for Information Management, I was responsible for briefing senior leadership on the economic stability of the nation in regard to COVID-19 and disaster operations. I utilized and maintained a variety of data platforms that included but are not limited to: bug fixes, training sessions for end users, dashboard development, and coordination with internal and external partner use.

As the Supervisory Program Manager, I served in a full range of duties that include but are not limited to: the management and oversight of 42 IM CORE personnel across four directorates, administerd and assisted in disaster staffing coordination, provided expert guidance in the success of Mitigation short- and long-term plans, managed all Reservist advertisement and recruiting activities, and deployed to Mitigation field operations to ensure advancement of FIMA emergency response actions. Concurrently served as the FTE Coordinator, managing all training requirements for regional and HQ FQS titles.

As a Program Analyst, I was the HQ Recovery lead and coordinator for the nationwide evaluation of Recovery programs in the FEMA Regional Assessment Program (F-RAP). This role required significant coordination with both HQ and regional Recovery leadership, as well as external stakeholders. As the Recovery lead, developed after action reports following site visits which thoroughly documented regional recovery program policies and procedures, specifically related to their ability to be ready to respond to events. Recommendations from these reports have been documented as best practices and implemented in regional operations. They have been established as the standard going forward for regional operational policies and procedures.

As the lead MAP specialist, I evaluated and streamlined HR practices in the District and was responsible for all DCHR key performance indicators (KPI) for six divisions that were reported to the Mayor. The role required audits of hiring practices for other departments throughout the District of Columbia to ensure strict adherence to policy guidelines. It also enforced the detailed analysis and preservation of KPIs for each division in DCHR.

As a BM3 (SW), I was the exclusive choice for two commanding officers as Master Helmsman while consecutively serving as the Lead Search and Rescue (SAR) Swimmer aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard. In these positions, I was responsible for managing a full range of watch duties related to the safety and security of an amphibious warship during two tours of duty and steady state activity.
