I have worked in corporate finance for many years and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in both buying and selling companies. I am also very experienced in raising money for clients on both a debt and equity basis throughout the UK. My clients range from start-ups to more established businesses in a variety of sectors.Over the years I have developed a good instinct for problem solving unusual and sensitive management acquisitions, family limited company disposals and restructures, and have substantial experience of these types of situations. Acting as an advocate I take pride in being able to personally structure and oversee unique, bespoke solutions; focusing on the sensitive handling of complex issues within any transaction in order to obtain the desired outcomes for my clients. My network has been developed via personal recommendations over a long period of time. For the last four years I have worked as an investment director for The Growth Company in Manchester, a role I thoroughly enjoy. During my career I have also enjoyed working as an advisor and owner operator.Commercially I have a powerful track record supplemented by recent operational, MD and Non-Executive Director roles.I have completed three acquisitions personally and subsequently exited these businesses.
