Key Responsibilities:- Engaged by Schools Infrastructure NSW to carry out reactive maintenance & repairs within a portfolio of 30 Education sites across Northern Sydney. - Regularly conduct on-site inspections & manage quality of preventive maintenance services to Government assets.- Responsible for all client services & ensuring on-going communications to the school Principals, Government Asset Officers, & other site managers.- Supervise subcontractor quality of work, site communication processes, & conduct spot safety audits on individual tradespeople & teams. Responsive Maintenance & Repairs: Ensuring contractual KPI attendance & job completion times are met, quality of works, effective site communication, safety systems are followed and up to date.Project Management: Electrical upgrades & repairs, plumbing & sewer line rectification, internal & external structural assessments & remediation, roof maintenance & total replacement, installation & replacement of AC split & ducted systems, asbestos removal, insurance claims & repairs, mould remediation & air quality monitoring, fire systems, passenger lifts repairs & fit-outs. General Assistant for Multiple sites over 5year Period.• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the school premises, including classrooms, hallways, and common areas.• Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs or setting up equipment for school events.• Responsible for providing a clean, safe, and well maintained environment for students, teachers, and staff, supporting the overall functioning of the public school.• Keeping the grounds mowed and gardens maintained for the students and staff
