I was forced out of my comfort zone. This was a great experience where my leadership was put to the test, and although I left this 12 week experience feeling exhausted, I wouldn't have traded it for anything! Getting to see high schoolers understand the message of the Gospel for the first time was priceless.

I see physical training as an exceptional vehicle for life change. I love pushing people right to their limit and showing them that they can do more than they once thought possible. Wins in the gym or on the track have positive ripples that show up in people's personal and professional lives, and I love playing a role in helping people experience this kind of freedom.
