Grow and Manage a network of Fabricators in various locations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Managed the total fabrication of projects outsourced to local and international fabricators. Included in the responsibilities were project management, budgeting, estimating, costing resolution, working with Project Engineers and Designers to resolve issues, worked with customer inspectors. Traveled locally and internationally to accomplish project goals.

As the Manufacturing Coordinator duties were to keep the wheels going for our facility as directed by the Plant and Production Managers. This included managing maintenance projects, machine installs, machine maintenance, capacity planning for our cutting machines, Labor reporting for direct and indirect hours, Special Project management using production employee's and temporary labor, Procurement for replacement parts, general supplies and item's needed for production among other items as required.

Worked as the lead painter and applied industrial wet coatings on a wide range of substrates. Coatings included anything from standard enamel to multi stage zinc, epoxy and urethane systems. Verified DFT's between coats, filled out testing reports. Worked with customer inspectors. Verified profile requirements before application of coatings. Performed visual inspection of welds prior to coating application.Also worked to perform factory run off testing for all equipment as required.
