Help students realize their funding opportunities in pursuit of higher education

Maintain and edit the website for Juniper Ridge Community School. Ensure information is as factual as possible, maintain a contact list for staff, upload documents as required, and make the site as aesthetically pleasing as possible.

Ensure that messaging from the school makes it out to parents and community members in a timely and understandable fashion. Through a combination of social media, cell phone push notifications, email, and website announcements, I keep information regarding the school flowing.

Create advertising to bring attention to the school aimed at prospective parents. Create print, digital, and video ads to alert the public to events at the school, enrollment pushes, or fundraising opportunities to benefit the school.

Maintain and expand the volunteer pool for Juniper Ridge Community School. Crafted messaging in coordination with the Marketing Director and Registrar to spread awareness of the volunteering needs of the school and advertise for different events that need volunteer support. Completely revamped the volunteer vetting procedure to streamline the process and make volunteering much easier.

Ensure student documents are received, digitized, and recorded for every student enrolling. Follow up with parents or guardians regarding missing documentation. Coordinate enrollment pushes with the Marketing Director and Administration. Communicate with other educational centers to receive or transmit documentation regarding transfers to or from schools.
