Responsible for the day-to-day hockey operations of both hockey teams. Duties involve planning and executing practices, player interviews, video sessions, team meetings, team functions, prospect scouting and prospect recruitment.

Top Tier is a hockey player development service in Ottawa, ON. Our High Performance Camp brings high level coaches and minor hockey players together and specialises in teaching tactics, positioning, and game play strategies.

In a first for the program, I've been appointed the Warriors' Associate coach, becoming one of only a handful of full-time assistants in the entire CIS. I've joined Waterloo fresh off of a two-year stint as a head coach for the Jr. A Elliot Lake Wildcats of the NOJHL, and the chance to jump to the CIS level – a league in which I played – was too good to pass up. As a player, I skated for Nipissing and bring with me an extremely hard work ethic and determination to make my players better on and off the ice. Having previously been a head coach for four years at the Junior A level, I am looking forward to transitioning into the role as Associate Coach of the Warriors.

Elliot Lake, On

In July of 2014, I assumed the duty of Head Coach of the brand new expansion Elliot Lake Wildcats. At the time, I was tasked with filling a competitive roster from scratch, beginning 2 months prior to the start of the 2014-2015 season. We hit the ice in September and experienced immediate success. By the end of the season, we had set a record for most wins by an expansion franchise with 38. We finished the regular season with a record of 38-11-1-2, before being eliminated in the Conference Final to the eventual league and provincial champion Soo Thunderbirds.We experienced similar success in my second season with the team. We posted a regular season record of 35-12-5-2 before bowing out in the Conference Final for a second year in a row.

In April 2011, I assumed the duty of Head Coach for the Temiscaming Titans, who were an expansion team at the time. As a leader in the organization, my first challenge was to help assemble a roster, from scratch, for the beginning of the 2011-2012 season. We hit the ice in September and experienced immediate success. By the end of the season, we had captured the John Klinck award for finishing first place in the regular season. We also tied the GMHL's all-time record for most wins in a season, finishing with a win-loss-tie record of 38-3-1.Since then, the Titans have established themselves as a perennial powerhouse in the GMHL.
