I am a hard working individual always aiming to complete every task given to me to the best of my ability. I have an excellent attention to detail and use good time management to make sure tasks are always completed in priority order, and always before any deadlines that have been set.During my day to day at Velstar, my responsibility is QA testing across several projects - including newly built websites from the beginning of the project, to the launch of the site, or testing fixes and new features for existing sites that are still being worked on in the form of retainers. I am confident in manual testing, looking at both functional and design issues, and have experience in different forms of testing including checklist based testing and exploratory testing. I have a detailed understanding of JIRA to clearly communicate any bugs to the developers when testing, or to make sure clients are kept up to date with open tickets. I am also trusted to create new projects and boards to be used throughout the wider business.
