On-going role as a Mechanical engineer assisting customers, providing assistance and supporting the team to ensure a brilliant service. This 3-year position has allowed me to improve my technical skills and organization by running the parts department and creating a system to control the quantity of products based on supply and demand. Duties including, servicing, brake repairs, suspension repairs, engine repairs and diagnostics.

Working within a fast paced and pressured environment at Hull Golf Club as waiting and event staff this including events such as the Trilby tour which featured on Sky. Duties included ensuring customer satisfaction and aiding any issues, this therefore improving my communication skills and organization in order to make sure everything ran smoothly.

350 Hours experience with a BMW specialist to enrich my understanding of the motor industry and improve my technical skills by learning hands on with a well-respected company. This included servicing and repairs and working to support a number of individuals in order to engage with different job roles and provide a comprehensive insight into the company structure, thus allowing me to understand the relationship between the organization and the customer.
