As a lifeguard, I had a very active role in maintaining safety standards. I was required to maintain active surveillance of the pool, and I had to respond to emergency situations immediately in accordance to my training and YMCA policy. I had to remain calm under pressure and had to perform all lifeguard duties efficiently and effectively to ensure safety of guests. On shift, I was not only responsible for keeping an eye on the guests, but also checking for hazardous pool conditions and taking appropriate measures to make sure the pool was safe.

Worked at the beverage, deli, and register positions. I was recognized as part of the Day Brightener program for Wawa Day in April of 2023 in my store (198). I was responsible for making beverages to-order in a timely manner and also brewing the coffee for customers. I also was responsible for making the sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc. to-order at a high-quality standard to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, I made hot snacks and sizzlis that were stationed at the snack warmer. At the register, I efficiently handled transactions while maintaining a positive attitude and building customer relations.
