Content Creation and Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist.

In 2015, a colleague at the gym and I came up with an idea of creating an activewear brand. Initially, I did this alongside my Personal Training role but as the company grew I made this my full-time position and began the journey in creating our own business and brand, Versa Forma.I became the director with the greatest responsibility, managing most levels of the business. The main roles of responsibility were to manage all social media platforms, marketing and brand creatives, as well as product design and managing the rest of the team and their roles.To add more detail of my role, I am the person who’s responsible for the bulk running of the business but my main focus is the creative side of the business. I take the imagery for the website and the lifestyle/product images for social media as well as for the paid marketing, which I then edit using Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Once the photos are ready and prepped, I plan out the marketing on Hootsuite for the days and weeks ahead to fit into a schedule to optimize sales and online interaction.One of the main parts of the business is working on marketing. We have various forms of this in place with Facebook/Instagram marketing being the most important. I use my own creatives to put into the ads, creating various levels of the marketing funnel to maximise the marketing efficiency and maintaining a strong ROAS (return on ad spend).I also head up product design, using Adobe Illustrator to design the products and I communicate with the relevant channels to get these items made up and then shipped into the UK for distribution.
