CurrentAs a Graphic Designer, I work with customers to develop and create either an individual graphic or company logo, for their specific need, event or corporate branding.As a Production Specialist, I then translate this design into separate color plates that will yield the best outcome when printing on textiles; while also communicating, and often problem-solving potential issues, with the press operator so that the final product meets the customer's vision.As the senior, I also help… Show more As a Graphic Designer, I work with customers to develop and create either an individual graphic or company logo, for their specific need, event or corporate branding.As a Production Specialist, I then translate this design into separate color plates that will yield the best outcome when printing on textiles; while also communicating, and often problem-solving potential issues, with the press operator so that the final product meets the customer's vision.As the senior, I also help facilitate all of this with the other designers on my team, and oversee any issues that need to be resolved quickly, but economically, to keep production running smoothly while still maintaining our reputation for high-quality goods and cursory service. As well as, working with the Customer Service department to answer questions and find resolutions to potential printing issues at the POS.As Manager of the Vinyl and Direct-To-Garment department, I keep the inventory and tools needed up to date and in-stock.I also help to train and advance new hires in Graphic Design work, Production techniques and Vinyl/DTG production.
