- Coordinated 8 major and several minor drug indication submissions, consisting of styling and verifying reference information. Edited and composed (technical/scientific writing) documents for global submissions.- Worked with multiple teams to manage and coordinate submission bibliographies; hyperlink 300+ articles/submission within a database (IBID) acting as the spine of each electronic submission package.- Obtain PDF and copyrights for each article cited in submission documents, spread sheet results for tracking and verification, and visually q/c each PDF for accuracy with corresponding citation(s).- Initiate, design, and lead presentations of Bibliography Coordinator role to all regulatory platform teams within the Global Scientific Communications group.- Lilly global Subject Matter Expert in Bibliography Coordination; designed/implemented training.- Familiar with operating within a highly-regulated environment under tough and changing timelines, managing as many as 7 projects at once.- Initiated a collaborative work stream with Lilly Library, implementing a new process for ordering the hundreds of articles necessary for inclusion with every submission.

- Completed several major and minor submissions representing numerous indications across multiple drug platforms. Edited and composed (technical/scientific writing) documents for global submissions.- Developed process reduction of cost by 75% or more per submission by taking advantage of existing institutionally-based journal subscriptions, and introduced a new copyright tool, Rightsphere. Previously (as trained) an article was ordered and copyright was paid each time the item was cited within a document. Following my process improvement articles were stored in-house and copyright quickly verified, thus bypassing unnecessary reordering of both article and copyright.- Within 3 weeks trained in role, obtained access to all systems necessary to perform my function, and completed hundreds of hours of computer-based training necessary for compliance. Began 1st submission at start of week four.- Upon request from the EMEA in late November 2005 for an electronic copy of the synopses for every clinical study report on file I coordinated and managed a list of documents for all molecules. Then, utilizing the Unified Search Tool, I located, identified, and stored each one of the hundreds of necessary files for a December 2005 deadline. Completed simultaneous to normal role duties without workflow interruption, efforts recognized by Lilly management as 'instrumental' to completion of this project.
