Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations to include compliance with internal procedures, US Import, preparation and interpretation of required shipping documentation, transportation budgeting, and invoice auditing. Liaison to several departments and facilities within the cooperative to facilitate shipments. Provide logistical support to 30 locations and facilities to ensure effective and safe movement of goods and materials. Provide shipment tracking, transportation information and alternative information and modes of transportation IOT meet required project need dates. Manage, track, code, and approve invoices for all logistical operations.

OTW provides outdoor recreational opportunities to US military veterans having served our country in overseas conflicts or have service-connected disabilities. Administration and management of OTW, including events and other services, are provided entirely by our volunteers. Items donated and dollars contributed are tax deductible and are used specifically to benefit veterans. Sponsors and partners are always welcome to participate at OTW events. OTW holds two annual fishing events at Indian Hills Resort on the amazing Lake Sakakawea - boats, boat captains, fishing gear, lunch and dinner are provided. OTW veterans have access to our dedicated veterans cabin located at Indian Hills Resort. Upon request and availability, we will provide individual veteran day of fishing.

FPO serves as principal staff officer responsible for the anti-terrorism and force protection measures within the command. The FPO will advise the CDR of security measures to enable garrison, base-camp or unit operating location operations. The FPO will also track and trend intra and inter crime activities. FPO helps craft protection strategies that are reflected in the concept of protection included in the base order and appropriate annexes and appendixes. The intent is to identify and recommend refinements to the COA that are necessary to reduce vulnerability and ensure mission success by combing trends and mitigating measures from the Chaplain, Surgeon, EO, SHARP, MRT, Safety, military police, and signal staff sections.
