CurrentPremera is the leading health plan in the Pacific Northwest, providing comprehensive health services for more than 2.6M Recruited in 2017 to lead Premera’s Enterprise Strategy and Business Planning functions, my role was expanded in 2019 to include oversight of operating performance. In 2021, I capitalized on an opportunity to drive Premera’s Vertical Integration strategy at the Operations level. In this role, I am accountable for the implementation of product objectives across all market segments. During my tenure with Premera, I’ve been presented with unique opportunities and challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic pushed healthcare organizations to make shifts, innovate, and deliver change, in a very short amount of time. I’ve enjoyed leading strategy during this crucial time, as well as an opportunity to pivot into the product space, in support of help scale-up new value propositions that deliver on our promise to customers.It has been my greatest pleasure to collaborate with C-Level management and leaders to shape, define and implement a strategic agenda to make healthcare work better.
