I have never enjoyed trying to sell myself to people. So here are some things I will point out about myself.- I work excellently alone, but I feel better as a part of a team where I can focus on helping others to succeed. I enjoy working in a group to accomplish a common goal, and I have studied and practiced strategies that can help others most effectively. - My leadership style is to lead by example. I don't think of myself as a "leader," but leadership positions seem to find me. Being Captain of the Esports team at CSP has shown me just how vital a strong leader can be, and it has helped me to be more confident in myself and my communication skills. - My passion is coaching. I will do everything I can to help the people I coach to reach their goals.
