•Primary point of contact to service with regards to lead time and availability, order verification and confirmation for incoming customer orders•Ensure a high level of customer service support and delivery performance on target•Manage customer orders according to priority, request date and global processes to fulfill spare parts and main component requirements from SBU •Expedite Priority orders to ensure highest level of service to critical customer requirements, manage and expedite turbine down demands addressed with top priority •Communicate order schedule, progress, and delays with customer by order tracking, expediting.•Conduct RCCA reviews on performance failures and order delays, clear and expedite order backlogs and open demands.•Ensure proper approval prior to execution of purchase orders by following procedures•Ensure all procurement activities with cost / time efficiency and procurement requisitions fulfilled with minimum and just on time purchasing.•Regional data analysis maintaining and reporting for material availability for spares and main components, UCL/LCL analysis, RSPL tracker & KPI follow up.•Purchase order delivery monitoring and expediting according to priorities and customer requests towards in/external suppliers, maintain master data regarding materials availability. •Conduct RCCA reviews on stock availability failures and coordinate for EOQ, SS, and fulfill rate improvement.•Conduct RCCA for UCL/LCL measures and improve the overall percentage to maintain within inventory limits in the region.
