I then moved to Skanska, based at Derby Royal Hospital, where I completed my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Bench Joinery and performed general maintenance of the hospital. To advance my professional development, I pursued a HNC in Construction Management at Derby College, which enabled me to transition to my current role at the Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a Minor Works Officer and contribute to the improvement of healthcare facilities and services.
