Qualified Chartered Accountant with technical IFRS knowledge and international multi-currency consolidation accounting experience. Having previously spent 4 years working as an auditor for Deloitte in New Zealand I possess hands on experience supporting clients on their adoption of technical new IFRIC agenda decisions in addition to the adoption of IFRS 9, 15 and 16 standards. Since transitioning into industry I have excelled in improving business processes and reporting efficiencies in complex group consolidation accounting processes - leading several finance improvement projects. These achievements have resulted in an increase in value add associated with financial reporting to both internal and external stakeholders whilst streamlining the time taken to produce such reporting.Outside of my accounting career I have a strong ambition for football playing myself and have a strong following of the European scene.
