I am currently a student at Truman State University pursuing a Master’s Degree in Accounting after previously completing my undergraduate degree in Accounting in May 2022. I expect to complete the Master of Accountancy program and becoming CPA eligible in Spring 2023. My extracurricular involvement includes being a member of the Varsity Cross Country and Track & Field teams and the Truman State chapter of the Beta Alpha Psi professional organization. Being a student athlete has taught me the importance of time management and the importance of relationship building in a team setting. As a member of Beta Alpha Psi, I have had the opportunity to enhance my professional skills along with the opportunity to network and hear from different professionals in the accounting industry.Upon fully completing my education in Spring 2023, I plan on sitting for the CPA exam and pursuing a career in public accounting.
