My work included:--Leading the implementation of Verisk risk models for use in patient stratification and risk adjustment at xG Health and Geisinger. Training xG Health and Geisinger staff to use risk scores.--Helping improve xG’s algorithm for targeting patients to various care management programs using predictive risk models and other available data.--Improving and documenting the methodology used to evaluate xG Health/Geisinger care management and care redesign efforts and evaluated the results of three hospital system clients.--Leading the analytic evaluation of several Geisinger ProvenCare patient care processes using EHR data and helping prepare results for manuscript publication.--Comparing risk scoring results from different vendors and determining the differences in member quantity and characteristics that would result from switching from one vendor to the other.--Performing drug class evaluation and redefinition for medication adherence dashboard. --Improving efficiency of repeated evaluations.
