Chi Deuteron Chapter

Worked on a team of 5 executive members that oversee all matters within the chapter.Oversaw the conservation of tradition and history, and recorded chapter history as it occurs. Worked with the Phi Gamma Delta New Model for New Member Education and Foundation of Courage chairman to introduce and educate the new members about the customs and traditions of our fraternity.Re-established an efficient committee system, including delegating committee chairmen management to the team of executive members to oversee regular meetings, goal setting and achieving, and establishing transition documents to ease the transition process of new officers and chairmen.

Led a chapter of 60+ men to an average chapter GPA of 3.39 in Fall 2023 and 3.42 in Spring 2024.Assembled a team to collect GPA for a chapter of 60+ men weekly.Assembled a summary of chapter GPA and academic performance and reported weekly in front of the chapter.Coordinated and monitored study hours for members 8 hours per week.

Coordinated with IFC to ensure all chapter events were safe and that our chapter was following guidelines, as well as ensuring the chapter was following local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Coordinated with Riley County EMS to educate members on CPR, Heimlich maneuver, and NARCAN administration, as well as other alcohol and drug education programs. Also ensured the chapter house was stocked with essential safety items.Managed and assigned a designated driver system.
