In this role, I work on migrating clients to our new AG2 trader site as well as prospecting possible new clients and companies that have a use case for our high-end weather trading platform.

I oversee 4 directors that deal directly with the Sales Centre's External Stakeholders. I oversee our First Impressions Team which creates student engagement with prospective corporate partners. This team provides professional development for students by giving them mock panel opportunities, ensuring they represent the Sales Centre to the best of their ability and can provide a solid evaluation on partner and program fit. I work with the Director of Partner Relations to monitor the account manager team which does communication with all of our current corporate partners. This team ensures we have quality and streamlined communication to all 50 partners, aids in hosting our partners at in-person career fair, and provides engagement at other partner facing events. I work with our Director of Executive Mentorship who orchestrates the program's executive mentorship program that connects alumni with current students based on major and interests. The program services 31 mentor and mentee relationships, provides a speed dating event, and instantaneous feedback to ensure that both sides are having the best experience possible. Finally, I work with our Director of Alumni Relations. In 2024, we pioneered the program's first alumni newsletter The Ralph and produce a newsletter twice a semester. Additionally, we concurrently plan two networking trips to Chicago and Cincinnati. Finally, we consult on all alumni communication via email, social media, and phone calls to ensure our alumni still feel connected to the program.

In this position I supported 3 different directors and ran multiple projects across three teams. This included supporting local non profits in the community, raising money for the foodbank, coordinating with local businesses to create a discount card for students, performing calls and other outbound services for the community, along as serving as a dynamic liaison between my directors and upper student leadership within the program.

I am currently the president of this program and work with a team of 12 executive board members to run the organization in its entirety. Within my position, I am facilitating structured communication and trust from faculty directors, external stakeholders, and advisory board members along with our general body of 150 students. I consult with our student leadership team to coordinate networking trips and executive engagement opportunities for our students. I advise on our group marketing strategy, alumni outreach, and fundraising to make professional development opportunities feasible.

In this position, I am designing and planning an overnight networking trip experience to Pittsburgh that will become a tradition for future honors business student cohorts. I am responsible for creating a trip and itinerary as well as the administrative tasks that come with making a networking trip come to life.I also support fundraising efforts within our group to finance this trip. Finally, I manage Alumni relations and am currently pioneering the program’s first alumni newsletter.

In this position, I facilitate communication between our student leadership and the Sophomore class in our Copeland Scholars cohort. I facilitate our meetings, act as a liaison for two way communication between upper student leadership and the Sophomore class by creating group chats, email groups, and other various forms of communication. I am also helping to design a case competition for the Sophomore class to participate in and grow from by presenting their solutions to our Copeland Scholars Advisory Board in the spring.

I work alongside the Director of Alumni Relations, Director of Executive Engagement, and Director of Membership Relations. I help create alumni engagements with the program and facilitate alumni communication. Additionally, I work with the greater University Advancement office and Career Services offices to coordinate executive engagement and speaker opportunities for the students in our group. Many of these engagements are with individuals at the executive level in their perspective companies, alumni, or community members to provide our member with a variety of experiences and view points. I also work with the Director of Member Engagement to plan bonding events among the students in our group.

Planned and coordinated a networking trip to Seattle. Organized office visits, transportation, flights, hotels, and all other logistics. Worked with alumni and office contacts to create professional development content. Worked with Seattle OU Alumni Association to create an alumni event. Took an active role in stakeholder engagement and thank yous post-trip. Performed pre and post trip expense reports.

I orchestrate philanthropic events and activities for students in Select Leaders to help the Athens community and to help each of our cohorts bond. We once contributed to a volunteer day at Tenderfoot gardens here in Athens, have created Halloween cards for our local assisted living facility here in Athens, and have worked with the Hocking Athens Perry Community Action program to have our members help create a mural for World Hunger on campus. We also support this group with mailing to their donors to create an impact on the community and give our members fun and memorable experiences.

In this position, I have learned how powerful autonomy can be for employee engagement. As a General Merchandise expert, I have to balance the activities of pushing our merchandise from the truck line, bringing items out of backstock, and keeping the shelves on the stoor floor organized. In addition, I am also a guest attendant whenever I am on the store floor and act as a backup for cash registers. The multiple functions of this job make it so engaging and enjoyable. This job also provides great insight into the world of mass supply-chain.

I worked under the GROW Product team. I aided in Digital Product work around annual reviews, feedback, and performance development tools for firmwide use. Additionally, in this role I created playbooks, data visualizations, process maps, and test scripts. I also worked on a product operating model case study.

I worked on the Talent Controls Development Experience team that does risk and controls for our Learning and Grow teams at the firm. I worked on fielding different legal requests, exams, and internal audits and rounding up the necessary materials requested. Additionally, I worked on a case study in M&A and aided in the planning of the global, firmwide Employee Appreciation Week during my time.

I organize events that help our Service Dogs In Training (SDiT) get different types of exposure and offer experiences to our members and secondary handlers. This includes fundraisers, group trips, and coordinated activities where multiple SDiT's can interact. I have organized two fundraisers with local businesses, a picnic that got out SDiT's exposure to a beach area, logistics for a pumpkin patch trip, a zoo trip, and an event at a local coffee shop within the community.

I helped lead recruitment efforts for all three markets on Ohio University's campus. I took students through the correct paperwork process and make sure they are certified to work. I also handle all scheduling before and during their employment.

This position was my first internship. I loved the writing aspect of this position, especially because I used it in so many forms. I loved proofreading the biographies of new ambitious realtors and creating accessible call lists and notes to put properties on the market. This job was so interactive because we got to visit so many properties and types of real estate, but what really made it a great experience was the amazing culture in the Cowden Creek office.
