I oversee our First Impressions Team which creates student engagement with prospective corporate partners. This team provides professional development for students by giving them mock panel opportunities, ensuring they represent the Sales Centre to the best of their ability and can provide a solid evaluation on partner and program fit. I work with the Director of Partner Relations to monitor the account manager team which does communication with all of our current corporate partners. This team ensures we have quality and streamlined communication to all 50 partners, aids in hosting our partners at in-person career fair, and provides engagement at other partner facing events. I work with our Director of Executive Mentorship who orchestrates the program's executive mentorship program that connects alumni with current students based on major and interests. The program services 31 mentor and mentee relationships, provides a speed dating event, and instantaneous feedback to ensure that both sides are having the best experience possible. Finally, I work with our Director of Alumni Relations. In 2024, we pioneered the program's first alumni newsletter The Ralph and produce a newsletter twice a semester. Additionally, we concurrently plan two networking trips to Chicago and Cincinnati. Finally, we consult on all alumni communication via email, social media, and phone calls to ensure our alumni still feel connected to the program. -

I loved the writing aspect of this position, especially because I used it in so many forms. I loved proofreading the biographies of new ambitious realtors and creating accessible call lists and notes to put properties on the market. This job was so interactive because we got to visit so many properties and types of real estate, but what really made it a great experience was the amazing culture in the Cowden Creek office.
