It serves as the Advisor to the Mid Atlantic group of funds with it's principal fund being the Mid Atlantic Secured Income Fund. The fund seeks to offer investors a high level of income by offering consistent monthly distributions while minimizing the risk of loss to investment principal. The fund's core asset class is senior debt positions in real estate. Primarily through shorter term commercial loans on real estate construction projects, but also through bridge loans, land and lot loans and other strategic joint ventures. To date fund and its predecessor have successfully completed 300+ commercial debt transactions with no sign of slowing down on this proven and conservative model. We are looking for Accredited Investors, Community Banks, and other investment funds who are interested in joining us for the next phase of our growth journey.
