Led consolidation efforts to shift inventory from bins to pallets which reduced bin utilization by 3% leading into peak. Created training materials for processing damaged freight at check-in that were adopted by all buildings in the region.

Managed the safety, quality, and productivity of a team of 20 associates on the shipping dock and 30 order packers. Led a kaizen on the dock to modify the placement of pallets in the sort area to improve safety and reduce missorts. Created a checklist used department-wide to ensure that all sort locations were cleared prior to all critical departures.
