I am a seasoned operations manager with ten years experience spanning large-scale chemical manufacturing, e-commerce fulfillment, traditional warehousing, and in-store order fulfillment. My career has included engineering roles, front-line and senior management positions, and indirect support of operations teams.My most recent role with Giant Eagle included analytics and planning for new fulfillment methods and processes while supporting the in-store order picking teams. Before that, I took a detour into the world of website and mobile app analytics, during which I quickly learned about tracking tags, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. Previously, I was part of the fast moving and exciting world of Amazon.I have brought a lifelong intellectual curiosity to every role in my career. The decision-making and leadership skills I learned by earning my MBA complement the technical and problem solving skills gained from a BS in Chemical Engineering.
