In terms of my professional journey, post-college, I embarked on a cloud-focused career. In 2020, I initiated a remote support/Jr. Systems Admin internship at Attivo Group, gaining hands-on experience with Windows Active Directory, user administration, and entry-level network security concepts.Post-internship, I joined Mindtree, a Bellevue-based Microsoft partner, expanding my expertise in Azure services. My role involved modeling hybrid and cloud-based environments to understand user networks, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues arising from network schemes and naming conventions.As the Jr. Azure Cloud Administrator at Toyota Material Handling, I collaborated closely with the senior cloud architect, managing day-to-day cloud operations. My responsibilities encompassed communication with internal/external stakeholders, disaster recovery coordination, MFA policy design, enhancing Azure security scores, and overseeing budget optimization. My focus included maintaining rigorous naming conventions, minimizing permission creep, and ensuring secure access across user accounts, applications, and tenants.Now, I am a Cloud Administrator at Garnish Catering, performing many of the same duties at Toyota, although my company is on a smaller scale. I also have a focus on managing our marketing materials, utilizing digital platforms and managing our customer-facing social media engagement, including our Facebook, Instagram, and website.Beyond cloud specialization, I contributed significantly to UI/UX design projects for Audible, Trello, and Northern Trust during college.
