Once the fault is identified, repair the faults and ensure that the unit is working by testing with a wil-tec test. Ensure that on all new models a list of possible spare parts needed must be sent to MTN, so that there is not a long tat on the unit. Keep a report of all the different models and common problems with them, which has to be emailed to the technical supervisor. As Acting Supervisor - Ensure the data of the previous day is captured and sent to MTN and management. Ensure everyone is at work, if not, make sure that management is informed. Ensure all new information and rules from MTN are understood by the team. Ensure all new training material is available for the team.
