• Created proposals to acquire government defense contracts. Proposals included price/cost analyses of potential contractual obligations, past performance logs in which I was in communication with defense agencies to determine performace ratings of past jobs, technical logs where I worked closely with different teams to tailor proposals to agencies needs.• Created presentation for FY2018’s board meeting of Toyon’s 5-year cash forecast by calculating projected revenue growth, expenses and other metrics. Worked and communicated with team leaders about their insights into potential new projects and contracts. Also calculated EPS and dividends.• Created depreciation schedule for all Toyon’s fixed assets with plots and graphs to be presented in board meeting by projecting depreciation from 2018-2031, including the planned incorporation of new assets and company growth. • Forecasted the budgets for Overheard costs and G&A for the following two years and provided management with presentation.• Worked on designing a Pricing Tool to forecast Toyon’s pricing plans for 2019’s government defense solicitations.• Tracked and audited all purchases through fixed price, time & material, and cost-plus contracts that were government property, which was to be repossessed or destroyed by agencies. • Audited and reported on Toyon’s labor costs per contract to defense agencies by breaking-out costs per individual and role.• Reported on modifications of contracts to provide defense agencies with notices of spending trends and to ensure compliance with federal defense regulations.• Tracked funding levels for defense contracts and communicated with appropriate agencies about projections of spending • Calculated bonus allocations for FY2017 jobs based on revenue per contract, technical contributions and labor hours.

• Designed experiment to determine if the closure of UCSB’s campus and cancellation of final exams, due to the Thomas wildfire, significantly impacted final grade distributions.• Corresponded with professors and departments to acquire raw grade data of previous years to compare with Fall of 2017.• Prepared and organized grade data for statistical analysis.• Employed the Diff-in-Diff operator on grade data using STATA to conclude that the event of the wildfire did have an impact by raising grades on average.
