Oversaw the development of the university’s college readiness and awareness initiatives, and coordinated Washington DC freshman recruitment, specialized transfer programs, and acted as a consultant for high schools working to redesign their curriculum to maximize student learning and likelihood of gaining admission to college.

Led the department’s K-12 outreach programming. The majority of my work focused on facilitating partnerships with the Cornell's various admissions offices, faculty, staff, and national non-profit organizations in an effort to spread awareness about how universities read applications and what they looked for in applicants. I developed college awareness and preparation programs for districts throughout New York that taught application strategies, financial aid pathways, and provided test prep services.

I played two roles for ICSD: I led the implementation of a credit recovery program that focused on helping traditionally unsuccessful students graduate from high school. I also served as a 12th grade economics and business law teacher.
